1.3. Can I purchase sofa covers, fabric swatches or cushions separately?

Yes, you may purchase them separately.

2. DELIVERY

2.1. How long does delivery take?
  • In-stock items: 3–5 working days in HCMC.
  • Made-to-order items: As sofas are made specifically to your request and only begin production once you’ve selected your fabric, delivery time is 3–4 weeks, depending on the fabric and location.
2.2. Does Sofinity deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to most provinces in Vietnam.

2.3. Can I schedule a preferred delivery time?

Yes, you can select a preferred time during business hours.

3. RETURNS & WARRANTY

What should I do if my product is damaged upon delivery?

4. PAYMENT

4.1. What payment methods do you accept?
